Heathrow Terminal 4
Meeting point: Car Park
Due to ongoing construction work, drivers cannot park and wait at the terminal. After collecting your luggage and entering the Arrivals Hall, please contact your driver. Allow approximately 5–10 minutes for your driver to reach the pick-up area. Follow the signs for Priority Pick-Up towards the car park. Your driver will meet you at one of the designated pick-up zones (1, 2, 3 or 4) and confirm the exact zone with you.
Heathrow Terminal 5 — International Arrivals
Meeting point: Pret a Manger
After collecting your luggage, exit into the Arrivals Hall. You'll see Pret A Manger as you come out. Your driver will meet you in front of Pret A Manger, holding a name board.

Why is my flight number important for an airport pickup?
The correct flight number allows the arrival to be monitored where flight monitoring is available and helps the collection to be planned around updated flight information rather than relying only on the original scheduled arrival time.
When should I go to the airport meeting point?
Please proceed to the designated meeting point at your booked pickup time, once you have collected your luggage and completed the arrival formalities. Your driver will arrange the collection around your scheduled pickup time. If you are delayed or ready earlier than expected, please contact your driver.
What if the airport meeting point changes?
Airport arrangements can occasionally change because of building works, temporary closures or operational instructions. Any journey-specific instructions or communication from your driver should take priority over the general guide.
What should I do if I am using an international mobile number?
Keep the passenger phone reachable after landing. If mobile roaming is unavailable and you use WhatsApp, connect to the airport Wi-Fi where available so you can receive messages or calls relating to your pickup.
What should I do if I reach the meeting point but cannot see my driver?
Check your phone for calls or messages, confirm that you are at the correct terminal and meeting location, and contact the driver where their details have been supplied. If you still need assistance, contact our support team before leaving the airport.
How should I plan an airport drop-off?
Choose a pickup time that allows for the road journey, possible traffic, luggage unloading and the airport arrival or check-in time recommended by your airline. Do not base your pickup time only on the normal driving time.

Do you monitor flights for airport pickups?
Yes. We monitor flights when a valid flight number is provided for an airport pickup. This helps us plan your collection if your flight arrives earlier or later than scheduled.
How much waiting time is included at the airport?
The first 30 minutes of waiting are included with airport pickups, including the initial parking allowance. Additional waiting or parking charges may apply after this period.
Where will I meet my driver at the airport?
Meeting arrangements depend on the airport and terminal. Your driver details and pickup instructions will be provided for your booking. You can also check our Airport Meeting Points Guide.
Can I book a return journey?
Yes. You can book a one-way transfer or add a return journey when requesting your quotation. Choose the pickup date and time for each journey before confirming your booking.
Do you provide long-distance transfers across the UK?
